Water Ski Property & Communities - Ski Lakes
Among luxury real estate communities in the east valley are four subdivisions that have man-made waterski lake communities with waterfront property. One of them is Playa del Rey Estates, click here to see a visual tour of the lake. The tournament waterski subdivisions include Crystal Point Estates and San Tan Lakeside Estates, also in Gilbert. Buchli Lake is the original competition tournament water ski lake in the east valley, located in Queen Creek. The newest is Spring Mountian Ski Ranch in the west valley. Unlike many man-made waterfront lakes in residential subdivisions, these lakes have been built specifically for water skiing, jet skiing and wake boarding. Many of the private waterfront properties include a boat house. Many AWSA regional tournaments are held at Buchli Lake and Crystal Point each year.
