If you are looking for waterfront homes in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Glendale, or Phoenix, the East Valley offers beautiful waterfront and lake communities, such as Val Vista Lakes, The Islands, Ocotillo Lakes, Lagos Vistoso, McQueen Lakes, and Watermark at Ocotillo. These lake communities are located on man-made lakes and most allow electric motor boats. Their waterfront homes sell at a premium since they are in demand and limited in supply.
